The Receptionist/Construction Contract Assistants primary responsibility is functioning in a support role to the Phoenix office and team members of Mission Rock Residential. Provide administrative support through high level data entry and in handling information requests. Under the direction of the Executive Vice President and the Vice President of Property Services provides assistance in the coordinating and administration of programs and special projects, and performs related work as required.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide excellent Customer Service as a representative of Mission Rock Residential with duties that include but are not limited to: + Screening and responding to telephone calls and greeting visitors. + Fielding complaints, issues and concerns from the public, clients, vendors, residents, etc. * Maintains kitchen supplies and the appearance of the kitchen daily along with other housekeeping duties. * Responsible for purchasing office supplies and maintaining supplies inventory. * Provides assistance to the Executive Vice President, Western Region and Construction Contract Administrator, which may include typing, copying, filing, record keeping, and distributing departmental mail. * Support the administrative needs of the Executive Vice President, Vice President of Property Services and Regional Managers to ensure accuracy and quality of letters, documents and other various materials are produced within established time frames. * Provide data entry support and accuracy with various programs under the direction of the Executive Vice President and Vice President of Property Services. * Assist with creation and preparation of contracts and purchase orders, including the schedule of deliverables for contractors. * Provide administrative support in the creation and maintaining a contractor/supplier log and update regularly. * Manages projects as needed including but not limited to preparation of materials for presentations.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: * Minimum of a Associates degree or equivalent required * Minimum of 2-3 years of office experience
WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.
